Quotation Are Invited For Technical Specification For Servicing & Repair Of Lube Oil Cooler Bundle E Ph-1 Gas Turbine. Scope Of Work: The Scope Of Work To Servicing The Used Lube Oil Cooler Tube Bundles Which Are Removed From Operational Gas Turbines Due To Tube Leaks. The Contractor Scope Of Works Are As Follows 1.#Collect Tube Bundle From Dewa 2.#If Repair To Be Performed Outsid E Dewa Premises, All Transportation From Dewa Premises To Contractor Workshop And Back As Required Shall Be Considered As Bidders Sc Ope. 3.#Inspect Tube Bundle 4.#Carry Out Pressure Test And Identify The Leaking Tubes 5.#Analyze Other Damages, Check The Feasibilit Y Of Repair And Submit Report With Repair Procedures. The Report Shall Include Performance Estimate With Existing Condition And Expe Cted Improvement After The Repair. 6.#Clean Tube Bundle Internally And Externally Including Baffle Plates. (Bidder Shall Provide A D Etailed Repair Procedure As Part Of The Bid For Review) 7.#Replacement Leaking Tubes 8.#All Repair Necessary On Baffles, Tube Plates And Support Structures 9.#All Care To Be Taken For Damaging The Tube Bundles 10.#Pressure Test (225 Psi) For 30 Minutes In Presence Of Dewa Engineer. 11.#Final Cleaning And Boxing Up In New Secured Wooden Box With Necessary Preservatives (To Be Supplied By Conduc Tor) And Return To Dewa Along With Test Certificate. 12.#Material Test Certificates Of All New Materials To Be Used As Part Of Repai R Shall Be Provided And Shall Get Approval From Dewa Prior To Use. 13.#The Bidder Shall Have At Least 10 Years# Proven Experience In Design, Supply And Repair Services Of The Heat Exchangers Especially For Heavy Industrial Gas Turbines. 14.#List Of Similar Works D One Past 5 Years Shall Be Produced Along With The Bid. 15.#Bidder Shall Visit The Site And Assess The Condition Of The Tube Bundle A Nd Its Repairability Prior To Submission Of The Bid. 16.#Bidder Shall Provide Detailed Price Break Up For The Price Quoted Clearly M Entioning Scope And Quantity. 17.#Bidder May Separately Quote Unit Price For Item That Cannot Be Quantified At The Time Of The Biddi Ng As Necessary.
