The Contractor Will: • Provide His/Her Own Equipment And Cleaning Supplies (Paper Products, Garbage Bags, Ice Melt And Hand Soap Are Supplied); • Be Responsible For General Custodial Services, Minor Repairs And Minor Grounds Maintenance, Including Sidewalk Snow Removal In Minor Areas; • Provide Liability/Bond/Key Insurance; • Provide Wcb Coverage, And • Provide You Health And Safety Plan • Provide Records Of Staff Training • Provide Current Criminal Record Check Within Three (3) Months For The Contract Holder And All Employees, Prior To The Starting Date Of The Contract.
