The Scope Of Works Includes, Among Others: Execution Of Demolition Works And Removal Of Materials From Disassembly And Demolition, Repair And Refreshment Of Paint Coatings Of External And Internal Walls And Ceilings Or Other Elements Related To The Performance Of The Contract, Construction And Assembly Of Railings, Cleaning, Repair And Refreshment Of Paint Coatings Steel Elements (E.G. Structure, Balustrades, Safety Nets, Internal Stairs, Doors), Renovation Of Roofs, Repair Of The Floor With Fencing On The Gallery (Balcony), In The Event Of A Collision Of The Electrical, Low-Voltage And Teletechnical Installations, The Need To Secure The Existing Installation, One Day After The Completion Of The Works, The Construction Site And The Vicinity Of The Posts To Be Clean, Purchase And Installation Of Technical And Protective Protections (Concertina Coils) In A Manner Agreed With The Employer, Carrying Out All Types Of Works By Persons Authorized In Accordance With The Art Of Construction, Technical Knowledge And Applicable Legal Regulations, Preparation Complete As-Built Documentation, Documents Confirming The Technical Parameters And The Required Standards Of The Materials And Devices Used.
