The Subject Of The Contract Is An Investment Consisting In The Reconstruction Of Szkolna Street In Radziechowy, In The Radziechowy - Wieprz Commune, Żywiec Poviat, Silesian Voivodeship. The Order In The Design And Build Formula Includes The Preparation Of Design Documentation And Construction Works Based On The Approved Documentation, The Obtained Building Permit Or The Notification Of Construction Works In Accordance With The Act Of July 7, 1994. The Length Of The Investment Is: 1934.0 M. The Valuation Should Include Milling Of The Wear Layer On The Section Of The Existing Bituminous Surface 0+000-0+453 And Its Reconstruction. The Leveling Layer Should Be Assumed If It Is Necessary To Level The Existing Bituminous Surface After Milling. For The Remaining Scope, The Structure Should Be Adopted As For Kr 1. The Employer Has The Right To Dispose Of The Real Estate For Construction Purposes Within The Scope Of The Planned Investment (Municipal Road Plots). On The Remaining Plots, Permission Must Be Obtained - Land Use Agreement, Water Permit - On Behalf Of The Employer (Plots Owned By Wody Polskie). The Employer Does Not Have Soil And Water Tests, Geotechnical Tests Of The Substrate - The Contractor Should Include Them As Part Of The Study. Due To The Discrepancy In The Provisions Of The Fup On Page 7 Elements Of Streets: - Setting Of Concrete Resistors, Thickness 10 Cm” And Fig. D03.1. The Reference Concrete Retaining Wall 100X30x20cm, The Employer Explains That A Concrete Retaining Wall With Dimensions Of 12Cm Wide And 25Cm High Should Be Installed. Due To The Existing Width Of Road Plots In The Range Of Km From Approx. 0+700 To Km 1+934, The Employer Allows For The Design Of Drainage Within The Boundaries Of Road Plots Or The Use Of Existing Ditches. The Employer Informs That The Parameters Of The Road Should Be Adapted To The Provisions Of The Local Plan: - Section At Km 0+000-0+320 As A Local Road, - Section At Km 0+320 -0+660 As An Access Road - Section At Km 0+660- 1+934 As An Internal Road With A Width Of 3.50 M - In Accordance With The Provisions Of The Local Plan. The Employer Does Not Anticipate The Need To Seize Private Properties And Pay Compensation. The Employer Does Not Have Documentation For The Already Operating Water Devices, Including Outlets From The Rainwater Drainage System And Outlets From The Existing Road Ditches Located On The Investment Site And The Existing Road Culverts. The Above Were Created Before 1974. The Employer Does Not Plan To Reconstruct The Existing Sidewalks And Curbs Located Along Ul. Szkolna As Part Of This Investment. The Employer Does Not Require The Use Of Widenings (Passing Loops) On The Section From Km 0+453 To Km 1+934. The Employer Requires The Reconstruction Of The Existing Sewage System On The Section From Km 0+058 To The Existing Outlet And, If Necessary, The Construction Of Inspection Chambers. In Addition, If It Is Necessary To Build Additional Rainwater Inlets, The Side Drains Should Be Led To The Existing Ditches. The Exact Scope Of The Road Reconstruction Is Graphically Presented In The Drawings Attached To The Fup. Due To The Location Of The Investment In Areas With Different Heights, The Technical Solutions Of The Road And Its Drainage Should Be Considered Individually On Each Section Of The Road, Taking Into Account The Existing Solutions.3.3.
