1. The Subject Of The Contract Is: 1) Organizing And Managing The Parking Zone In The Multi-Storey Garages: Ul. Szwajcarska 6 And Ul. Ko ciuszki 8 A And B In Legionowo Along With The Adjacent Area - Appendix No. 1 To The Opz.2) The Area Of The Parking Zone Is An Attachment To The Swz In The Form Of A Graphic Attachment. 3) Purchase And Installation Of Parking Meters And Vertical Car Park Markings. 4) Equipping The Parking Zone With Devices For Collecting And Settling Parking Fees (Parking Meters And A Mobile Application) - Appendix 2 To The Opz. 5) Providing Parking Zone Management Software - Appendix 3 To The Opz .6) Adaptation Of Parking Meters And The Mobile Application To The Rules Of Charging And Using Multi-Storey Garages Along With Adjacent Areas That Are Part Of The Communication Center In Legionowo, Owned By The Municipality Of Legionowo - Appendix No. 4 To Opz. 7) Introduction To The System And Current Update Of The List Of Vehicles Registered In The Database Of Persons Entitled To Free Use Of The Garage Kept By The Legionowo City Hall.8) The Update Will Take Place No Later Than Within 1 Hour (On Working Days) From The Date Of Sending The Current Data By The Employer, And The Data Will Be Provided In The Format Agreed With Ordering Party (Preferred Excel File Format). 9) All Fees Are The Revenue Of The Ordering Party. 10) The Detailed Scope Has Been Specified In The Description Of The Object Of The Contract Constituting Annex No. 1 To The Tor And Being An Integral Part Of The Contract.
