The Subject Of The Contract Is The Implementation Of An Investment Task Consisting In The Design, Delivery And Assembly Of Photovoltaic Installations And Heat Pumps In The Building Of The Commune Office In Sadki. The Subject Of The Order Consists Of: - Preparation Of Design Documentation Along With All The Legal Arrangements Required To Obtain The Appropriate Administrative Decisions, Including A Building Permit Or Notification Of Works In Accordance With The Provisions Of The Construction Law (If It Is Necessary To Obtain Such Decisions) - Delivery And Assembly A Set Of Photovoltaic Installation With A Structure Adapted To The Installation Site, And Delivery And Assembly Of A Set Of Heat Pumps Intended For Central Heating Purposes. Two Buildings Of The Commune Office In Sadki. The Scope Of Works Should Be Carried Out Based On Own Construction Designs Prepared By Authorized Persons (Commissioned By The Contractor And Agreed With The Employer). Of The Subject Of The Contract, Program Assumptions, Standard Of Performance Are Specified In The Functional-Utility Program, Which Is An Attachment To The Specification Of The Terms Of Purchase (Swz). Other Conditions For The Performance Of The Subject Of The Contract Are Specified In The Significant Provisions Of The Contract Constituting Appendix No. 8 To The Swz. The Contractor Is Obliged To Ensure The Possibility Of Continuous Operation Of The Facility During The Execution Of The Subject Of The Contract.
