The Contractor Is Obliged To Deliver And Bring In A Complete And Assembled (On-Site Assembly Is Allowed - If Necessary) Subject Of The Order To The Premises Indicated By The Employer, Within The Time Limit Specified In Point 5.3. The Subject Of The Contract Will Be Delivered To The Ordering Party At The Risk Of The Contractor And As Part Of The Remuneration (Specified In The Offer) Due To The Contractor.4. The Subject Of The Contract Must Meet All The Requirements Of A Safe Product In Accordance With The Act On General Product Safety Of December 12, 2003. (I.E. Journal Of Laws Of 2021, Item 222) And The Subject Of The Contract Offered Must Be Brand New, Unused And Not Exhibited At Exhibitions Or Fairs, Technically Efficient, Safe, Complete And Ready To Work, And Meet Technical And Functional Requirements Specified In The Description Of The Subject Of The Contract.5. The Subject Of The Contract Must Be Performed Within A Maximum Of Thirty [30] Calendar Days From The Date Of Conclusion Of The Contract.6. The Deadline For Completing The Subject Of The Order Indicated In Point 5 Is The Maximum Deadline For The Performance Of The Subject Of The Contract. In The Tender Form, The Contractor May Include A Shorter Deadline For The Performance Of The Subject Of The Contract, But Not Shorter Than: Fourteen [14] Calendar Days From The Date Of Conclusion Of The Contract.7. The Contractor Grants The Ordering Party A Twenty-Four [ 24 ] Month Guarantee For The Subject Of The Order.8. The Warranty Period Indicated In Point 7 Is The Minimum Period. The Contractor May Include In The Offer A Longer Guarantee Period For The Subject Of The Contract Offered, But Not Longer Than Thirty-Six [36] Months, Point 19.5.4. Swz Applies.
