The Benature Project Within The Former Coal Washing Plants 1 And 3 Is An Innovative And Ambitious Redevelopment Project That Transforms The Imposing Coal Washing Plants Of The Former Mining Site In Beringen Into An Experience Project Where Nature, Water And Industrial Heritage Come Together. This As Part Of The Bemine Site In Beringen, Where Nv Bemine Has Appointed Nv Lrm As An Agent To Act As Principal On Its Behalf (Hereinafter “Project”). With The Coal Washing Complex, Bemine Has A Piece Of Industrial Heritage That Is Unique In Flanders, Belgium And Even Europe. At No Other Mining Site Was The Heart Of The Production Process Preserved. Within Benature, The Imposing Coal Washing Plants 1 And 3 Are Partly Pitted, Partly Restored And Partly Repurposed.
