Expression Of Interest Are Invited For Local Consultant To Support An International Consultant In Conducting The Final Evaluation Of A ProjectScaling Up Refractive Error Services The Specific Aims Of The Project Are To: Pilot And Cost Models Related Of School Eye Health Programming, Re Workforce Training And Establish Vision Centres Across 16 Municipal/Provinces; Generate Critical Data Related To Re Prevalence In All Cambodian School Children; And Refine A National Financing Model For Eyeglasses Provision. The Project Objectives Are To: 1. Mobilize Key Stakeholders In Building And Using National Evidence To Inform School Eye Health Policy, Programming, And Resourcing; 2. Scale Quality Refraction Services Across Cambodia; 3. Bring Together The Private And Public Sector To Improve Affordability For Prescription Eyeglass Wear Across Cambodia; 4. Scale-Up Services To Children Through A National School Eye Health Program In 16 Provinces Of Cambodia; And 5. Build And Drive Awareness On Available Treatments And Consumer Demand For Eyeglasses Through Innovative Community Engagement Strategies. The Filial Project Evaluation Is Expected To Commence In Mid-June 2023 And Finish Sharply By 31 July 2023.
