Expression Of Interest Are Invited For Consultancy Service For Preparation Of Environmental & Social Impact Assessment (Esia)-Studies For Infrastructure Works Of The Liberia Special Agro-Industrial Processing Zone (Sapz) Project, Buchanan City Grand Bassa County - Liberia The Scope Of Services Will Include But Not Limited To The Following: Assess, Review And Identify The Nature And Magnitude Of Potential Risks, Vulnerabilities, And Impacts Associated To The Project Implementation. Conduct A Gender-Responsive Baseline Assessment Of The Physical, Biological And Socioeconomic Environment Of The Project Corridor In Accordance With The Appropriate Operational Standards And National Environmental Regulations; Assess And Identify Potential Risks To Social Livelihood (Men And Women) And The Environment Including Fauna (Native Species), Vegetation, Air Quality And Dust, Noise And Vibration, Erosion And Sediments Control, Water Quality, Heritage (Indigenous And Nonindigenous), And Provide Appropriate Mitigation Measures And Material Actions Needed To Reduce Any Adverse Impact To Acceptable Levels. Conduct Public Consultations To Be Termed As Scoping To Identify, Inform And Receive Input From The Affected Stakeholders And Interested Parties; The Public Consultative Meetings Should Create A Forum For Information Disclosure Relative To The Project And Ensure That All Relevant Parties And Stakeholders Are Involved And That Women And Men Engage Meaningfully; Identify And Define, At An Early Stage Of The Environmental And Social Impact Assessment (Esia) Process, The Significant Environmental And Gender Related Issues, Problems And Alternatives Related To The Different Phases Of The Proposed Project Or Activity Including A No Action Alternative Of An Alternative Climate Sensitive Approach In Accordance With The Appropriate African Development BankS Operational Standard (Oss); Tender Link : Https://Www.Afdb.Org/En/Projects-And-Operations/Procurement
