Tenders Are Invited For Marketing And Customer Acquisition - Mno South Sudan In 2023, Ifc And Mtn South Sudan Signed A 2-Year Technical Advisory Services Partnership That Would See Ifc Provide Technical Assistance To Mtn Momo South Sudan To Rapidly Expand The Uptake And Usage Of The Momo Service Countrywide. The Outcome Of This Support Is Expected To Improve Access To Financial Services For The Unbanked/Underbanked Population In South Sudan. The Customer Acquisition Focus Of This Project Aims To Directly Reach Out To Potential Users In Communities With Four Key Purposes: 1) Register And Educate New Customers, 2) Activate Dormant Accounts, 3) Increase Awareness Of The Value-Added Services Like Merchant Payments And Bill Payments, 3) Increase Transactional Activity For Existing Customers And 4) Increase (Ci/Co) Transaction Traffic To Agents. Ifc Is Seeking To Recruit A Firm To Execute The -The- Mtn South. Sudan In Juba For Their Momo Mobile Money Service In The (Western, Central, And Eastern) Equatoria Region Of South Sudan. The Firm Will Work In Close Collaboration With The Mtn Momo Team Based In Juba, South Sudan, And The Ifc Project Leader And Resident Advisor, Based In Mozambique And South Sudan Respectively.
