Expression Of Interest Are Invited For Omvs Regional Generation And Transmission Plan World Banks Support To Omvs And Its Member Countries, The Objective Of This Mission Is To Identify The Next Structuring Works In Terms Of Development Of The Electricity Market For The Interconnected Network Of The Omvs (Rio).This Objective Will Be Carried Out Through The Update Of The Omvs Electricity Master Plan Drawn Up In 2015. This Electricity Master Plan Will Optimize Both The Production And Transmission Of Electricity For The Omvs And Will Enable The Various Players In The Sector To Electricity In The Region (Public Authorities, Private Sectors, Electricity Companies, Omvs High Commission, Sogem, Semaf, Sogeoh, Donors, Etc.)
