The Total Term For The Execution Of The Construction And The Authors Supervision Under The Contract Cannot Exceed 45 Calendar Days. The Term For The Development Of Technical Investment Projects And The Term For Construction Are At The Proposal Of The Participant And Should Be Proposed In Calendar Days. In Its Technical Proposal, Each Participant Should Propose A Term For The Development Of Technical Investment Projects And A Term For Construction. The Terms Offered By The Participants Should Not Exceed The Terms Set By The Contracting Authority For The Execution Of The Public Procurement. At The Time Of Opening The Procedure, The Contracting Authority Has Not Provided Financing For Its Implementation. The Contract Is Concluded Under The Terms Of Art. 114 Of The Civil Code.
