Aer Websites Re-Design & Implementation (23Rfp-Op002) . The Aer Needs An Agency To Assist With Design And Implementation Of A User-Centric Website That Meets The Needs Of Indigenous Communities And Aer Stakeholders Based On Recommendations From Our Research Project We Conducted In 2022. Based On The Key Insights, The Final Research Report Outlined A List Of Recommendations That Identified Key User Tasks, Enhanced Functionality Recommendations, And Problems That Are Facing Stakeholders That Visit Our Website. These Findings Are Our Path Forward To Bring The Aer Website From Its Current Industry-Centric Design To A User Interface Design Experience That Addresses The Needs Of All Our Stakeholders. The Design Phase Will Encompass Redesigning The Aer Website To Correct The Issues Identified In The Heuristic And Analytics Audit While Adhering To The Aer Brand And Wcag 2.0 Standards. The Development Phase Will Bring The Design To Life With Updates To The User Interface Including Navigation, Search, And Content, As Well As Updating Google Analytics, Media Management Using Azure Storage Explorer, And Possibly The Drupal Architecture (Multisite Vs. Individual Sites).
