Adama Mickiewicza 35, 05-320 Mrozy And Transfer The Bus Offered In The Tender Form, In Accordance With The Description Of The Subject Of The Contract Contained In Swz.4.8, To The Employers Ownership. The Bus Must Be Free From Legal And Physical Defects And Encumbrances To Third Parties And May Not Be The Subject Of Any Proceedings Or Subject Of Security.4.9. The Bus Must Have Stickers On The Sides With The Mazowsze Logo And The Title Of The Task And The Logo Of The Mrozy Commune In Accordance With The Design Approved By The Marshals Office Of The Mazowieckie Voivodeship In Warsaw.
