In Addition, The Subject Of The Contract Includes: - Preparation By The Contractor Of The Necessary Documentation In Order To Obtain The Udt Decision Authorizing The Operation Of The Stair Platform, - Acceptance Tests Carried Out By Udt, - Registration By The Contractor Of The Technical Device On Behalf Of The Ordering Party (Stair Platform) In Udt.2. Place And Manner Of Execution Of Construction Works: A) Place Of Execution Of Construction Works: Administrative Building Of The Poviat Starosty In Nowy Sącz At Ul. Strzelecka 1. The Building In Which The Construction Works Will Be Carried Out Is An Active Structure, Used In Accordance With Its Intended Use. B) Method Of Carrying Out Construction Works: • The Contractor Is Obliged To Carry Out The Works In A Way That Ensures Uninterrupted Use Of The Structure And Maintaining The Safety Of People In The Facility And In In Its Vicinity; • The Contractor Is Obliged To Ensure Free And Safe Access To The Building And To The Area Around The Building (Sidewalks, Parking Lot, Etc.) Not Directly Covered By The Investment Process; • The Contractor Is Obliged To Perform Construction Works In A Way That Allows The Construction Department And The Geodesy Department To Settling Business Matters; • The Contractor Is Obliged To Mark The Place Of Work And Protect It Against Unauthorized Access; • During The Execution Of The Works, The Contractor Shall Ensure Access To The Entire Segment Of Hygienic And Sanitary Rooms, Divided Into Mens And Womens Parts, On At Least One Floor; The Contractor Is Obliged To Protect The Premises Adjacent To The Place Of Work Against Dust And Dirt; • The Contractor Is Obliged To Ensure Ongoing Cleanliness In The Immediate Vicinity Of The Work; • The Contractor Is Obliged To Remove Debris And Redundant Materials On An Ongoing Basis; • The Contractor Is Obliged To Ensure In The Renovated Building, During Office Hours, Permanent Access To Electricity And Running Water; • The Ordering Party Does Not Allow Switching Off The Teletechnical Network During Office Hours Without The Ordering Partys Knowledge And Consent; • Particularly Burdensome Works Should Be Performed After Office Hours, Ie After 16.00 Or On Days Off From Work; • Works Should Be Carried Out In Consultation With The Director Of The Administrative Department Of The Poviat Starosty In Nowy Sącz.3. The Detailed Scope Of Construction Works Was Defined By Means Of Technical Documentation /Also Referred To As Design Documentation/, Constituting Appendix No. 1 To The Swz, I.E. By Means Of: • Detailed Design In The Architectural Industry With A Drawing Part, • Detailed Design In The Electrical Industry Together With The Drawing Part, • Detailed Design In The Sanitary Industry With The Drawing Part, • Inventory (Drawings), • Technical Specifications For The Execution And Acceptance Of Construction Works. Which, Due To The Lump-Sum Nature Of The Remuneration, Constitute Only Information Material As To The Type Of Works Covered By This Order, Therefore The Contractor May Not Refer To The Bills Of Quantities As The Basis For The Offers Valuation. The Indicated Construction Works Are To Be Performed In Accordance With The Construction Art And Technical Documentation.4. Possible Trademarks, Patents Or Origins, Proper Names Of Goods Or Their Producers, Source Or Specific Process, Which Characterizes The Products Supplied By A Specific Contractor, Given In The Technical Documentation, Are Exemplary, And Their Indication Is Intended To Determine The Expected Standard, While Indicating Such A Accompanied By The Words Or Equivalent.5. In Cases Where The Subject Of The Contract Is Described By Reference To Standards, Technical Assessments, Technical Specifications And Technical Reference Systems Referred To In Art. 101 Sec. 1 Point 2 And Sec. 3 Of The Public Procurement Law, The Contracting Authority Allows Solutions Equivalent To Those Described, And Such A Reference Is Accompanied By The Words Or Equivalent.6. The Employer Requires That The Contractor Provide A Minimum 5-Year Quality Guarantee And Warranty For The Construction Works, Which Are The Subject Of This Contract (Note: The Period Of The Quality Guarantee And Warranty Is A Criterion For The Evaluation Of Bids - See Point Xiii, Item 4 Of The Swz).7. The Employer Requires The Contractor To Have Civil Liability Insurance Before The Commencement Of Works. The Sum Insured May Not Be Lower Than The Total Gross Price Specified In The Contractors Offer, And The Insurance Period Must Cover The Entire Period Of Order Performance. 8. The Order Is Intended For Use By Natural Persons, Therefore, In Accordance With Art. 100 Sec. 1 Of The Public Procurement Law, The Contracting Authority Included In The Description Of The Subject Of The Contract (Technical Documentation) The Requirements For Accessibility For The Disabled, Including The Requirements For The Installation Of A Stair Platform For The Disabled And The Adaptation Of Sanitary Facilities To The Needs Of The Disabled.9. Quality Requirements Referred To In Art. 246 Sec. 1 Of The Public Procurement Law, Relating To At Least The Main Elements Comprising The Subject Of The Contract, Have Been Specified In The Technical Documentation Constituting Annex No. 1 To Swz.10. The Contracting Authority Described The Subject Of The Contract In An Unambiguous And Exhaustive Manner, Taking Into Account All The Requirements And Circumstances That May Affect The Preparation Of The Offer. Thus, The Contractor Submitting The Offer Is Not Obliged To Carry Out A Site Visit And/Or Check The Documents Referred To In Art. 131 Sec. 2 Of The Public Procurement Law. The Employer Requires The Performance Of The Order (Notification Of Readiness For Acceptance Of Works) Within 90 Calendar Days From The Date Of Handing Over The Construction Site. The Handover Of The Construction Site Will Take Place Within 10 Calendar Days From The Date Of Concluding The Contract With The Selected Contractor.
