Traffic Measurements For Current Needs Are Short-Term Measurements, Reduced To Determining Traffic Peaks, Taking Into Account The Directional And Type Structure Of Vehicular Traffic Along With Determining The Intensity Of Pedestrian Traffic, Bicycle Traffic, Queues Of Vehicles At Intersection Entrances And Other Traffic Measurements And Observations Indicated Individually By The Ordering Party, Necessary For Various Types Of Traffic Analyses, Decisions, Traffic Organization, Modification And Creation Of Traffic Light Programs, Indicator Monitoring, Etc.
