The Subject Of The Contract Is The Construction In The Design And Build Formula Of A Floating Mooring Platform Located On The Plot With Land Registration Number 729/16, Precinct 2 Barlinek (Barlineckie Lake). And The Technical Specification For The Execution And Acceptance Of Construction Works; 2) Notification Of The Commencement Of Construction Works; 3) Preparation Of The Construction Site, Including Demolition Of Makeshift Wooden Structures; A) A 16 M Long And 2 M Wide Span Platform Made Of Galvanized Closed Profiles On Four Hcp200 Prefabricated Floats, B) Two Mooring Booms 6.1 M Long And 0.7 M Wide Each On Two Pe650 Floats, C) A Gangway 2 M Long (Including 1 M Over Water) And 1M Wide;5) Clearing The Bottom Around The Mooring Platform From Any Waste That May Pose A Threat To Users Of The Platform;6) Obtaining An Occupancy Permit Or An Equivalent Document On Behalf Of The Employer. In Relation To The Detailed Description Of The Subject Of The Order Specified In The Above, The Employer Provides The Following Details: 1) The Permanent Part Of The Mooring Platform, Described In The Construction Design Construction Of The Mooring Platform On Lake Barlineckie - Plots 729/13, 729/16 In Barlinek - Appendix 1 To Decision 266/2022 (Appendix 10 To The Swz), Is Not The Subject Of This Order. The Permanent Part Of The Platform Was Made Earlier On The Basis Of The Notification Of Construction Works That Do Not Require A Permit Of January 29, 2021 (Ref. No.: Boś.6743.1.36.2021.Asz) And Should Be Referred To With The Structure Of The Floating Platform. 2) The Ordering Party Has Four Brand New Hcp 200 Floats (Appendix No. 12 To The Swz) And Four Factory New Pe650 Floats (Appendix No. 13 To The Swz), Which Should Be Used In The Execution Of The Subject Of The Contract. The Floats Are Stored In Barlinek, Approx. 3 Km From The Construction Site. The Contractor Should Include In The Offer Price The Necessary Costs Of Transporting The Floats To The Place Of Fabrication And The Place Of Assembly Of The Platform. 3) It Should Be Possible To Block The Gangway To The Fixed Part Of The Platform. The Contractor Is To Propose A Solution And Agree It With The Employer At The Stage Of Preparing The Technical Design. 4) The Platform Sheathing Should Be Made Of Wpc Planks With The Dimensions Indicated In The Construction Design Construction Of A Mooring Platform On Lake Barlineckie - Plots 729/13, 729/16 In Barlinek - Appendix 1 To Decision 266/2022 (Appendix 10 To Swz ).5) The Colors Of The Platform Boards Used On The Floating Part Should Be The Same As On The Fixed Part Of The Mooring Platform.6) Each Of The Mooring Jibs Should Be Equipped With At Least 3 Mooring Horns (Cleats) And Plastic Fenders.7) The Span Platform Should Be Equipped With 7 Mooring Horns As In The Sketch Constituting Appendix No. 14 To Swz. 8) The Type And Type Of Mooring Horns (Cleats) Should Be Agreed With The Employer At The Stage Of Preparing The Technical Design. 9) The Employer Allows The Use Of Ring Catches Or Similar Ones Available On The Market In Place Of Mooring Horns (Cleats). 10) At The Stage Of Preparing The Technical Design, The Possibility Of Using Assembly Nodes For The Second Pair Of Mooring Jibs On The Opposite Side Provided For In The Construction Design Should Be Provided For (Annex 10 To Swz). The Designed Additional Assembly Nodes Must Not Limit The Normal Operation Of The Span Platform, And In Particular The Possibility Of Nailing To It. 11) The Ordering Party Reserves That The Specification Indicated In Point 10) May Not Be The Basis For Any Claims Of The Contractor, In Particular For The Execution Of An Additional Pair Of Mooring Jibs. It Is Required That The Construction Works Performed Should Not Cause The Lack Of Access To Individual Properties Adjacent To The Construction Site. The Contractor Is Obliged To Carry Out The Works Ensuring Passage Through The Streets Around The Construction Site. The Contractor Is Obliged To Carry Out Works Ensuring The Cleanliness Of The Streets Around The Construction Site. The Contractor Is Obliged To Manage Waste Materials In Accordance With Applicable Regulations, Including The Waste Act And The Act On Cleanliness And Order In Municipalities.
