Struga 88, 26 - 600 Radom, In The Assortment And Quantities Resulting From The Needs Submitted Directly By The Nursing Home At Least One Day In Advance - In Writing, By Fax, E-Mail Or By Phone. Deliveries Will Be Made By A Specialized Means Of Transport Of The Contractor At His Cost And Risk On Working Days From Monday To Friday, At The Hours Indicated In Section 5 Of The Tender Form, Part 1. The Ordering Party Requires The Contractor To Be Ready To Make Daily Deliveries On Working Days From Monday To Friday, Regardless Of The Quantity Of The Assortment.3. The First Delivery Must Be Accompanied By A Document Authorizing The Contractors Means Of Transport To Transport Food, In Accordance With The Requirements Of Regulation Ec No. 852/2004 Of The European Parliament And Of The Council Of April 29, 2004 On The Hygiene Of Foodstuffs (Journal Of Laws Ue L 139 Of April 30, 2004, As Amended).4.
