1. The Subject Of The Contract Is The Supply Of Electricity In The Period From July 1, 2023 To December 31, 2023. Up To 102 Consumption Points (Ppe) With A Total Estimated Volume Of 956.52 Mwh. The Above Data Is Indicative. The Forecast Electricity Consumption Is Indicative And May Differ From The Amount Of Energy Actually Consumed During The Term Of The Contract. The Amount Of Electricity Was Estimated On The Basis Of Historical Data On Electricity Consumption In The Last 12 Months And Taking Into Account The Actions Taken By The Contracting Authority Referred To In Art. 37 Of The Act Of October 7, 2022 On Special Solutions To Protect Electricity Consumers In 2023 In Connection With The Situation On The Electricity Market. The Contractor Should Take Into Account Possible Fluctuations In Electricity Consumption. Reducing Or Increasing The Amount Of Electricity Does Not Entail Any Consequences For Ordering Parties (Customers), Except For The Obligation To Pay For The Amount Of Energy Actually Consumed.
