In The Event That Their Continuation Could Cause A Threat Or Cause Unacceptable Non-Compliance With The Design Or Building Permit. 7) The Contractor Should Perform The Subject Of The Contract In Accordance With: ) With The Provisions Of The Contract.8) The Contractor Should Provide, On Its Own, The Equipment And Persons Necessary To Perform The Subject Of The Contract.9) Whenever The Competent Authority Or A Third Party Calls On The Employer To Perform Material And Technical Activities Related To The Scope Of The Subject Of The Contract, The Contractor Is Obliged To Provide Each Necessary Assistance To The Employer In Performing These Activities Or The Employer Will Call The Contractor To Perform These Activities. The Contractor Is Not Entitled To Additional Remuneration For These Activities, And The Ordering Party May Set A Deadline For The Contractor To Perform Them. During The Performance Of Works By The Contractor, The Ordering Party Has The Right To Control The Correctness Of Their Performance. In Order To Enable The Ordering Party To Exercise This Right, The Contractor Is Obliged To Allow The Authorized Representatives Of The Ordering Party To Inspect The Works In Progress - At Their Every Request. In Addition, The Contractor Is Bound By The Content Of The Comments And Instructions Of The Authorized Representatives Of The Employer Regarding The Manner Of Performing The Works In Writing.11) The Contractor Undertakes To Protect Information Obtained And Provided To The Employer In Connection With The Performance Of The Contract, The Disclosure Of Which Could Harm The Interests Of The Employer.
