1. The Subject Of The Contract Is The Supply Of Specialized Evacuation Chairs For The Transport Of People With Disabilities, Together With Training In The Use Of The Service. A Detailed Description Of The Subject Of The Order Is Attached As Appendix 1 To Swz.2. The Ordering Party Does Not Divide This Contract Into Parts, Thus It Does Not Allow The Submission Of Partial Tenders Referred To In Art. 7 Point 15) Of The Public Procurement Law. The Lack Of Division Into Parts Of The Proceedings In Question Does Not Violate The Principle Of Maintaining Fair Competition. The Possibility For Smaller Entities, In Particular Small And Medium-Sized Enterprises, To Apply For A Contract Has Not Been Limited. The Volume Of The Order And The Conditions For Participation In The Procedure Allow Contractors From The Sme Sector To Apply. Dividing The Contract Into Parts Could Jeopardize The Proper Performance Of The Entire Contract. This Would Result In Excessive Technical Difficulties, Disproportionate Costs Of Contract Performance, And The Need To Coordinate The Activities Of Various Contractors Performing Individual Parts Of The Contract Could Seriously Jeopardize The Proper Performance Of The Contract. The Method Of Execution Of The Order And Its Nature Require Execution By One Contractor. The Dispersion Of Entities In The Case Of The Contract In Question Is Technically, Organizationally And Economically Unjustified. 3. The Offered Equipment Is To Be Brand New, Unused, Technically Efficient, Safe, Complete And Ready To Work.4. The Ordering Party, In The Circumstances Referred To In Art. 95 Of The Public Procurement Law Does Not Require Employment On The Basis Of An Employment Relationship Of Persons Performing The Subject Of This Contract.
