Tenders Are Invited For Delivery Of Computer Devices As Part Of The Grant Project The Digital Community Divided Into 2 Parts

4.1. The Subject Of The Contract Is The Delivery Of Computer Devices Under The Digital Commune Grant Project, Divided Into 2 Parts.4.2. Pursuant To Art. 91 Sec. 1 Of The Public Procurement Law Allows The Submission Of Partial Tenders Divided Into 2 Parts, As Follows: 4.2.1. Part 1 Of The Order - Delivery Of Workstations With Increased Security, Including: 1) Delivery Of 94 New Workstations With Increased Security, I.E. Unused Before The Date Of Delivery, Excluding The Use Necessary To Perform The Test Of Correct Operation, Coming From Official Manufacturers Distribution Channels, Ensuring In Particular The Implementation Of Warranty Rights, Together With Pre-Installed System And Office Software (Individual Keys For Each Workstation Enabling The Ordering Party To Independently Activate The Operating System And Office Suite) - To The Extent Specified In Appendix No. 1 To The Tor - Description Of The Subject Of The Order ( Opz) For Part 1, Together With Their Transport, Bringing And Depositing In The Place Indicated By The Ordering Party; The Ordering Party Does Not Allow Post-Leasing Equipment; 2) Delivery Of The Manual In Polish Required For Operation Along With The Order; 3) Delivery Of Technical And Operational Documentation Related To The Subject Of The Order; 4) Delivery Of Warranty Documents Issued By The Manufacturer Together With The Order, As Well As All Necessary Operation Of Wires, Cables, Connectors, Etc. (If They Are Required For The Proper Operation Of The Product); If In A Given Part Of The Contract The Ordering Party Requires The Delivery Of A Certain Number Of Devices Of A Given Type, Then Each Of The Devices Offered Must Meet All The Provisions Of Opz.4.4 Concerning This Part. The Detailed Scope Of Deliveries (Detailed Description Of The Subject Of The Order) Is Contained In Appendix No. 1 To The Tor. The Method Of Performance Of The Order Is Specified In Annex 2 To The Tor (Draft Contract).4.9. Objective Means Of Evidence. In These Proceedings, The Contracting Authority Requires The Following Means Of Evidence To Be Submitted By The Contractor Together With The Offer: 1) For Part 1: A) Current Quality Certificates Issued For The Contractor Of The Contract For A Quality Management System Compliant With The Requirements Of Iso 9001 And Iso 14001, Or Equivalent, B) A Bapco Sysmark 25 Test Report For The Offered Desktop Computer With The Specification Indicated In The Offer, Made Not Earlier Than 30 Days Before Submitting The Offer; The Ordering Party Allows For A Printout In English Pursuant To Art. 20 Sec. 3 Of The Public Procurement Law; The Contracting Authority Accepts Equivalent Evidence In Question If They Confirm That The Offered Supplies, Services Or Construction Works Meet The Requirements, Characteristics Or Criteria Specified By The Contracting Authority - Applies To 4.9 Point 1) Letter A) And B) And Point 2) Letter A).
