The Car Must Be Marked With The Operational Numbers Of The State Fire Service In Accordance With Order No. 1 Of The Commander-In-Chief Of The State Fire Service Of January 24, 2020 On Transport Management In Organizational Units Of The State Fire Service.8. The Car Must Have A Valid Certificate Of Admission For Use In Fire Protection Units Issued By The Polish Certification Body Cnbop-Pib.9. The Car Must Have A Valid Chassis Approval Certificate.10. Car And Chassis Brand New, Chassis Year 2023, Engine, Chassis And Cab From The Same Manufacturer11. If The Ordering Party, Specifying The Product In The Tor, Which Is The Subject Of These Proceedings, Used An Indication Of A Specific Solution, It Allows Offering An Equivalent Solution In This Respect. Equivalence Means Offering A Solution Other Than That Indicated By The Ordering Party, With The Proviso That The Offered Product Cannot Be Of Worse Quality Than The One Indicated, Must Have At Least The Same Technical And Operational Parameters Or Better, Have The Same Or Better Functionality And Must Have A Warranty Not Shorter Than The Warranty Provided By The Indicated Manufacturer. The Contractor Who Refers To Equivalent Solutions Is Obliged To Prove That The Supplies And/Or Services He Offers Meet The Requirements Specified By The Ordering Party. The Description Of The Proposed Equivalent Solutions Should Be Attached To The Offer And Must Be Detailed Enough For The Ordering Party, When Evaluating The Offers, To Assess The Fulfillment Of The Requirements Regarding Their Functional And Quality Properties And Parameters, And To Decide Whether The Proposed Solutions Are Equivalent. Where The Tor And The Appendices Attached Thereto Indicate The Origin (Brand, Trademark, Manufacturer, Supplier, Etc.) Of Materials Or Standards, Approvals, Specifications And Systems Referred To In The Act, The Ordering Party Allows Offering Equipment Or Equivalent Solutions Provided That They Will Ensure Obtaining Not Worse Than The Indicated Technical Parameters
