The Order Includes: A) The Purchase Of A Brand New Medium Rescue And Firefighting Vehicle With A 4X4 Drive System (Category 2: Off-Road), B) Training In The Use Of The Vehicle, C) The Employer Will Collect The Vehicle From The Contractor, D) The Car Should Indicate A Full Fuel Tank. A Detailed Description Of The Subject Of The Order Is Set Out In Appendix No. 7 To Swz.4.5. The Required Period Of Warranty And Guarantee For The Car Is A Minimum Of 12 Months (According To The Contractors Offer) And For The Fire-Fighting Body Is A Minimum Of 24 Months (According To The Contractors Offer) And Will Be Counted From The Date Of Faultless Acceptance Of The Vehicle.4.6. The Subject Of The Contract Was Described In Accordance With Art. 99 Of The Public Procurement Law, However, The Ordering Party Informs That: A) In The Order Documentation, In All Items Where There Are Trademarks, Patents Or Sources Of Origin Of Materials Or Devices, The Ordering Party Allows The Use Of Equivalent Materials Or Devices, I.E. With Not Worse Technical Parameters, And Indicated Products Or Devices Should Be Treated As Exemplary Solutions, B) In Cases Where The Description Of The Subject Of The Contract Refers To The Standards, Technical Assessments, Technical Specifications And The Technical Reference System Referred To In Art. 105 Sec. 1 Point 2 And 3 Of The Ppl, The Employer Indicates That It Allows Solutions Equivalent To Those Described, C) The Obligation To Submit In The Offer Solutions Equivalent To Those Described In The Design Documentation And Technical Specifications For The Execution And Acceptance Of Works And To Demonstrate The Provision Of Equivalence Parameters Lies With The Contractor. The Contractor Will Be Obliged To Present Along With The Offer Evidence Of The Equivalence Of The Products Offered By Him In Relation To Those Specified In The Design Documentation And Technical Specifications For The Execution And Acceptance Of Works (E.G. Product Catalog Cards, Technical Descriptions, Technical Documentation), D) If The Applied Equivalent Solutions Require Completing The Formal Side, E.G. Changing Notifications Or Decisions Authorizing The Implementation Of Construction Works, Changing Or Making Additional Design Documentation, The Contractor Is Obliged To Complete These Activities And Include Them In The Price Of The Offer, E) If The Requirements In The Design Documentation And Technical Specifications For The Execution And Acceptance Of Works Refer To Standards Or Other Reference Systems, The Contracting Authority Requires The Contractor To Provide Proof Of Equivalence In The Tender In The Manner Specified In Art. 101 Sec. 5 And 6 Of The Ppl.
