Upon Delivery Of The Vehicle, The Contractor Shall Ensure Full Training Of The Designated Employees Of The Ordering Party In The Use Of The Vehicle Together With The Superstructure And Shall Provide All Documents Concerning The Complete Vehicle. 4.8. The Employer Requires Consent In The Form Of A Statement Signed By The Contractor For The Installation Of Gps Devices Used At The Employers - Cost And Performance By The Employer, Without Loss Of Warranty. The Said Statement Will Be Delivered To The Employer In The Original Along With The Vehicle.4.9. The Subject Of The Contract Must Meet All Other Requirements Specified By Law For Vehicles Traveling On Public Roads.4.10. Together With The Vehicle, The Contractor Shall Provide The Employer With All Necessary Documents Regarding The Vehicle And The Body, Prepared In Polish Or Translated Into Polish, To The Employer. 4.11. The Car Will Be Delivered By The Contractor And At His Expense To The Registered Office Of The Ordering Party - Ul. kowa 13, 23-400 Bilgoraj, Province. Lublin (Costs Related To The Execution Of The Order - Loading, Delivery, Unloading, Should Be Included In The Offer Price). 4.12. The Delivery Item Must Have All The Documents Required By Law And A Document Specifying The Terms Of The Warranty And Post-Warranty Service, The Instruction Manual (All Documents Drawn Up In Polish). All Documents Regarding The Complete Municipal Vehicle Will Be Provided By The Contractor To The Ordering Party On The Day Of Delivery Of The Vehicle For Collection. 4.13. The Subject Of The Contract Delivered To The Ordering Party Must Have Appropriate Declarations Of Conformity, Approvals Or Attestations And Approvals If Required By Law.4.14. Required Warranty Period For The Subject Of The Order - Min. 24 Months From The Date Of Signing The Delivery And Acceptance Report By The Ordering Party, Without Comments For The Entire Set (Vehicle And Body).4.15. The Service Will Be Carried Out In Accordance With The General Warranty Conditions. Service Inspections Will Take Place At The Authorized Car Service (Aso) At A Distance Not Greater Than 150 Km From The Seat Of The Ordering Party. The Costs Of Periodic Inspections Required, Together With The Consumables Provided For In The Warranty Card And Technical And Operational Documentation, For A Given Inspection During The Warranty Period Are Covered By The Ordering Party. At The Delivery Stage, The Contractor Will Provide A List Of Consumables For The Guarantee. Travel Costs To The Aso On The Part Of The Ordering Party.
