Expansion Of Be-Nature Within The Former Coal Washing Plants 1 And 3 Of The Beringen Mining Site (Be-Mine Site).The Be-Nature Project Within The Former Coal Washeries 1 And 3 Is An Innovative And Ambitious Redevelopment Project That Transforms The Imposing Coal Washers Of The Former Mine Site In Beringen Into An Experience Project Where Nature, Water And Industrial Heritage Come Together. This As Part Of The Be-Mine Site In Beringen Where Nv Be-Mine Has Appointed Nv Lrm As Mandatory To Act As Client On Its Name And Account (Hereinafter “Project”). With The Coal Washing Complex, Be-Mine Has A Piece Of Industrial Heritage That Is Unique In Flanders, Belgium And Even Europe. At No Other Mining Site Has The Heart Of The Production Process Been Preserved. Within Be-Nature, The Imposing Coal Washeries 1 And 3 Are Partly Pitted, Partly Restored And Partly Repurposed. The Project Includes Various Demolition And Restoration Works Within The Building, But Also Includes Infrastructure And Landscape Construction For T.H.V. The Spore Park.
