Tenders Are Invited For Creation Of A Network Of Public Sanitary Points In The City Of Ustroń

The Subject Of The Contract Is The Performance Of Construction Works In The Design And Build Formula As Part Of The Investment Task Entitled: Creating A Network Of Public Sanitary Facilities In The City Of Ustroń. As Part Of The Contract, The Contractor Will Prepare Design Documentation And Then, Based On It, Will Perform Construction Works Consisting In The Construction Of A Self-Cleaning Toilet Together With The Accompanying Infrastructure And Elements Of Street Furniture On The Plots No. 2687/49 And 2687/51, Ustroń Precinct. The Subject Of The Contract Consists Of The Following Material Scope: 1) Task 1: Design Documentation - Under This Task, The Contractor Is Obliged In Particular To: A) Develop Complete Construction And Architectural Documentation For The Construction Of A Self-Cleaning Toilet Together With The Accompanying Infrastructure And Elements Of Small Architecture, Land Development On The Map For Design Purposes Together With Industry Arrangements, In Accordance With The Scope And Guidelines Indicated In The Fup For The Design Documentation, Including: Obtaining All Types Of Maps, Opinions, Decisions, Permits, Consents And Arrangements, B) Obtaining A Final Building Permit Decision On Behalf Of The Employer For All Investments Required Provisions Of Law, Including The Act Of July 7, 1994 Construction Law (I.E. Journal Laws Of 2021, Item 2351 With Later As Amended), Necessary For The Performance Of This Agreement. 2) Task 2: Construction Works - Construction Of A Self-Cleaning Toilet Together With The Accompanying Infrastructure And Elements Of Small Architecture - Under This Task, The Contractor Is Obliged To Perform Construction Works As Follows; A) Demolition Of The Existing Pavement, B) Execution Of Connections To The Sanitary Sewage Network, Water Supply Network, Rainwater Drainage Network And Electricity Network, C) Execution Of The Foundation Slab, D) Delivery And Installation Of A Self-Cleaning Toilet, E) Delivery And Installation Of A Park Lamp, A Concrete Basket For Waste And A Park Bench Made Of Post-Consumer Polyethylene And Polypropylene With Anchoring Them To The Foundation, F) Construction Of An Access Ramp For The Disabled, G) Delivery And Assembly Of A Panel Fence With A Foundation, H) Paving Of The Area Along With The Construction Of A Rock Garden And A Bush Base And Shrubs. The Contractor Is Obliged To Submit All Acceptance Notifications, And In Particular To Obtain An Occupancy Permit, Required By Law As Part Of The Investment Being Implemented. After Completion Of The Investment, Green Areas Should Be Restored To Their Original Condition By Re-Shaping The Land And Sowing With Grass. The Contractors Duties Also Include The Care Of The Sown Grass (Watering, Fertilizing, Etc.). All Works Should Be Agreed On An Ongoing Basis With The Employer And The Investor Supervision Inspector. It Is Recommended To Familiarize Yourself With The Scope And Nature Of The Works Before Submitting The Offer. The Construction Site Facilities Shall Be Provided By The Contractor On His Own. After Completion Of Construction Works, As-Built Documentation Should Be Prepared Together With A Geodetic Inventory Approved By The Supervision Inspector And The Employer. The Waste Generated As A Result Of The Works Should Be Managed In Accordance With The Waste Act (I.E. Journal Of Laws 2022, Item 699, As Amended). The Above Is To Be Confirmed In The Bdo Database - Printed Waste Transfer Cards Should Be Submitted To The Employer.
