1. The Subject Of The Contract Are Construction Works Consisting In The Renovation Of The Central Heating System In A Multi-Family Residential Building At Ul. Grygowa 4F In Lublin. 2. Scope Of Renovation Works Of The Central Heating Installation: Due To The Very Poor Technical Condition Of The Distribution Pipes Of The Central Heating Installation, In The Sewers, It Is Planned To Shut Down The Existing Distribution Lines. The Existing Ducts Are Heavily Corroded And Fail Frequently. Due To The Lack Of Insight Into The Ducts, The Maintenance/Repair Services Cannot Determine The Location Of The Failure And Undertake Effective And Quick Repairs. What. Remains Unchanged. It Is Planned To Switch Over The Central Heating Risers To New Power Levels. The Method Of Overvoltage Is Presented In The Drawing Part Of The Design Documentation. No Changes Are Expected In The Location And Size Of The Existing Radiators. All Radiators Remain For Further Use. In Room No. 17 - Ground Floor, Room, Due To Unauthorized Disassembly Of The Radiator At Riser No. 13, The Calculated Size Of The Radiator Should Be Re-Installed, In Accordance With Its Original State - Cast Iron Radiator, 7 Sections, Together With Radiator Fittings. It Is Planned To Replace All Thermostatic Valves At The Radiators On The Ground Floor And First Floor So As To Enable Proper Hydraulic Adjustment Of The Installation After The Renovation. It Is Also Planned To Replace The Shut-Off Valves On The Return Radiator Branches For Radiators Located On The Ground Floor - It Applies To Risers Located In Rooms, Kitchens, Staircases, Rooms. (Does Not Apply To Radiators At The Bathroom Risers). Shut-Off Valves On The Return Radiator Branches On The First Floor Should Be Left For Further Use (Applies To All Risers And Radiators). Similarly, The Shut-Off Valves On The Return Radiator Branches In The Bathrooms On The Ground Floor Should Also Be Left For Further Use. 3. Scope Of Works In The Substation Room: - Replacement Of The Existing Installation Manifolds: Supply And Return, Along With A Change In The Location Of The Supply Manifold - Installation Of Fittings At The Manifolds: Shut-Off Valves, Drain Valves, Pressure Gauges, Thermometers, Vent Valves, Reinstallation Of The Pressure Transmitter - Installation Of New Distribution Lines At Installation Manifolds - Cutting Off And Excluding From Use The Existing Main Supply And Return Lines Of The Central Heating System Located At The Dismantled Manifolds, Along With Fittings - Replacement Of The Existing Pump With A New One In Accordance With The Analysis Of The Current Required Available Pressure Of The Repaired Installation (See Technical Description And Calculations In The Design Documentation). Insulation) And Will Be Transported Outside The Construction Site To The Appropriate Collection Point With Appropriate Permits. Costs Related To Disassembly Works, Transport Of Dismantled Elements Outside The Construction Site As Well As Storage And Disposal Costs Are The Contractors Costs And Are Not Subject To Separate Payments.4. In Addition, The Scope Of Installation Works Includes: - Execution Of Supports/Supports And Fixed Points For Heating Pipes - Cutting Off The Existing Steel Risers Just Above The Ground Floor - Draining The System - Anti-Corrosion Protection - Flushing The Installation - Leak Tests And Adjustment Of The Installation - Insulation - Filling And Starting The Installation. Note: Costs Related To Draining The System From The Central Heating Installation And Refilling It With Network Water Are The Contractors Costs And Are Not Subject To Separate Payments. The Contractor Is Bound By The Current Lpec S.A. Price Rate For Supplementing/Filling The System Of The Renovated Central Heating Installation 5. Accompanying Works And Temporary Works. In Addition To Basic Works, The Contractor Is Responsible For: - Checking The Design Documentation In Terms Of Completeness And Compliance With Applicable Standards And Regulations And In Terms Of Technical Feasibility Of Implementation In Accordance With Applicable Health And Safety Regulations, Type Of Materials And Solutions Used. In Case Of Doubts, Deficiencies Or Defects, The Employer Should Be Notified In Order To Make The Necessary Clarifications Or Corrections - Delivery Of Materials To The Construction Site - Marking Out The Route Of The Designed Installation - Securing And Marking The Place Of Work - Making Holes In The Walls For The Passage Of Central Heating Pipes And Embedding Protective Sleeves With Appropriate Diameters In The Places Indicated In The Technical Documentation - Performance Of Works Related To Supplementing The Losses In The Finishing Layer Of The Floor, In The Places Where They Were Created During The Cutting Of Steel Risers - Filling The Losses In The Walls Where The Central Heating Pipes Are Routed Along With Painting The Supplemented Surface - Supplementing The Losses In The Floors In The Place Where The Risers Were Cut Off From The Existing Levels - Execution Of Under-Ceiling Installation Of Central Heating Pipes Made Of Plasterboards On A Structure Of System Aluminum Profiles, Together With Filling The Joints Between The Boards And Painting The Building - Filling In The Planned Building With Inspection Openings With A Frame And Service Doors In Places Indicated In The Documentation - Agreeing With The Employer The Schedule And Sequence Of Works - Applies To The Order Of Taking Up A Specific Flats - All Changes That Were Made During Construction (As-Built Documentation) Are Entered In The Documentation. Note: All Costs Related To The Removal Of Rubble From The Construction Site Are The Contractors Costs And Are Not Subject To Separate Payments.
