The Scope Of The Order Includes In Particular: - Provision Of Services Ensuring The Safety Of People Using The Swimming Pool And The Equipment Of The Swimming Pool.4.3. The Indoor Swimming Pool Includes: - A Large Swimming Pool With Dimensions Of 25.02 M X 12.5 M, Depth From 1.20 M To 2.00 M, 6 Lanes, - A Recreational Swimming Pool With Irregular Dimensions (Length 14.28 M, Width 12.5 M ), With A Depth Of 0.87 M To 1.17 M With Whips And Geysers, - A 63.83 M Long Slide With A Dyno, - 2 Jacuzzis, - A Small Swimming Pool (Paddling Pool) For Children With A Slide.4.4. The Water Rescue Service Should Be Provided Daily, 7 Days A Week: - On Weekdays (Monday - Friday) 6:30 - 22:00 - Saturday - Sunday, Holidays 08:00 - 22:00, As Required By The Employer, Except For When The Indoor Swimming Pool Is Closed: - November 1, 2023, - Christmas Period (Two Days Off), - Other Additional Days Off Approved By The Director Of Osir Or In Connection With The Post-Inspection Recommendation Of The State Poviat Sanitary Inspector. The Ordering Party Reserves The Right To Make Changes In The Opening (Operational) Hours Of The Indoor Swimming Pool. Force Majeure Is Also Considered To Be The State Of Epidemic In Force In The Country And Situations Where The Relevant Legal Act Introduces Restrictions On The Functioning Of Swimming Pools And Swimming Pools. In Such A Situation, Neither Party May Be Held Liable For Damage, Costs Or Expenses Resulting From Or In Connection With The Delay, Improper Performance Or Non-Performance Of The Contract. The Services Constituting The Subject Of The Contract Will Be Provided In Accordance With The Provisions Of The Contract.4.5. The Ordering Party Reserves The Right To Submit A Demand For Rescue Services At Other Times Than Those Specified In Swz.4.6. The Estimated Demand For The Number Of Working Hours Of Rescuers During The Execution Of The Contract (7 Months) Is 8,300 Hours.4.8. The Working Hours And Their Quantities Specified Above Are Estimates And As Such Cannot Be The Basis For The Contractor To Make Any Claims During The Performance Of The Public Procurement Contract.
