The Subject Of The Contract Is The Purchase And Delivery Of A Brand New (Unused) Bus (Min. 23+1) For The Transport Of Disabled People With The Possibility Of Transporting 2 People In A Wheelchair, Hereinafter Referred To As The Bus, Vehicle Or Subject Of The Contract . A Detailed Description Of The Subject Of The Order Has Been Specified In Appendix No. 1 To The Tor - The Contractors Bid Form Together With The Description Of The Subject Of The Order. The Requirements (Technical And Operational Parameters) Specified In Appendix No. 1 To The Tor Regarding The Subject Of The Contract Are The Minimum Requirements. The Contracting Authority Allows For Offering The Subject Of The Contract With Better Parameters, Which Should Be Described In Point Vi Of Appendix No. 1 To The Tor - The Contractors Bid Form Together With The Description Of The Subject Of The Contract.
