Delivery Of Apparatus And Laboratory Equipment To The Center For Innovative And Sustainable Horticultural Technologies (Cizto) Ii. The Subject Of The Order Is The Supply Of Apparatus And Laboratory Equipment Constituting The Equipment Of The Center For Innovative And Sustainable Horticultural Technologies (Cizto). A Detailed Description Of The Subject Of The Order Is Attached As Appendix 1 To The Swz - Description Of The Subject Of The Order. Brand New Apparatus And Equipment Are Required, Free From Physical And Legal Defects, Having Appropriate Certificates, Meeting All Applicable Legal Standards. The Contractor Shall Provide Warranty Service For The Delivered Subject Of The Contract. The Warranty Service Will Be Provided By The Ordering Party. In The Event Of Inability To Repair On Site At The Purchasers During The Warranty Period, The Costs Of Shipping / Transport Shall Be Borne By The Contractor. The Contractor Shall Deliver, Carry And Assemble The Subject Of The Order At The Employers At His Own Expense. The Contractor Will Start The Subject Of The Order And Provide Instructions To The Employers Employees. Together With The Subject Of The Order, The Contractor Shall Provide Instruction Manuals In Polish And Warranty Cards.
