For Example, If An Organization Has A Valid Contract For Telecommunications Services Until April 30, 2024, That Organization Can Start Purchasing Telecommunications Services Based On This Purchase From May 1, 2024 At The Earliest. For The Purpose Of Electronic Notification Of The Procurement Decision, The Offer Asks For The Providers Electronic Contact Information. Description Of Request For Offer The Procurement Unit Requests An Offer For The Following Set Of Services: Closed Communication Network, Firewall Services, Internet Connection, Local Area Network Devices As A Service And Related Options. Procurement Is Divided Into Three Sub-Areas Based On Geography: A) H meenlinna Region B) Forssa Region C) Riihim ki Region Bidders Can Only Offer Services For One Or More Sub-Areas. All The Services Of The Tender Request And Requirements Definition (Appendix 1) Must Be Offered For All Offered Sub-Areas. Separate Requirement Specifications And Price Attachments Must Be Filled Out For Each Sub-Area Offered. The Comparison And Procurement Decision Is Made Separately For Each Sub-Area. Alternative Offers Are Not Accepted. The Procurement Act Is Followed In Procurement. The Procedure Is An Open Procedure Exceeding The Eu Threshold. The Tender Documents Are In Finnish And The Tender Must Be Submitted In Finnish. Validity Of The Offer And Grounds For Rejection The Offer Must Be Valid For Six (6) Months From The Last Possible Date Of Submission Of The Offer. The Supplier Selected In The Tender Must Inform The Procurement Unit Of The Subcontractors It Uses Before The Project Is Implemented. Publicity Of Offers If The Tender Documents Contain Business Or Professional Secrets That, According To The Tenderer, Should Be Kept Secret, The Tenderer Must Clearly Indicate In The Tender Documents To What Extent They Should Be Kept Secret In The Tenderers Opinion. The Total Prices Of The Offers Are Not Business Or Professional Secrets. If The Actual Tender Document Contains Business And Professional Secrets, A Public Version Must Also Be Submitted. Introduction The Supplier Undertakes To Deliver All Services To The Subscribers Use By The End Of 2024 At The Latest. The Aim Is To Make The Procurement Decision In June 2023 And The Contract As Soon As Possible After This. The Customer Contributes To The Realization Of The Delivery Schedule For His Part.
