Pursuant To Art. 139 Of The Public Procurement Law, The Contracting Authority Will First Examine And Evaluate The Bids, And Then Perform The Subjective Qualification Of The Contractor Whose Bid Was Rated The Highest, In Terms Of The Lack Of Grounds For Exclusion And Meeting The Conditions For Participation. 3. The Ordering Party Informs That Pursuant To Art. 257 Of The Public Procurement Law, May Invalidate The Contract Award Procedure In Question If The Public Funds Which The Contracting Authority Intended To Allocate To Finance The Whole Or Part Of The Contract Have Not Been Approved.
