C) The Purchaser Reserves The Right To Verify The Compliance Of The Tractors Data Specified In The Offer And The Level Of Its Efficiency With The Actual State By Means Of A Diagnostic Test Of The Tractor By An Authorized Service At The Contractors Headquarters. The Study May Be Carried Out At The Stage Of Examination And Evaluation Of Tenders, Before Selecting The Tender And Signing The Contract. The Cost Of The Examination Is Borne By The Ordering Party. D) The Ordering Party Requires The Contractor To Deliver The Subject Of The Order To The Ordering Partys Registered Office.
