The Scope Of The Contract Includes: 1) Construction Works In The Field Of Construction Of Commercial And Service Buildings: Earthworks And Preparatory Works, Foundations, Floors, Wall And Roof Cladding Made Of Sandwich Panels 2) Steel Structures (Light-Type Halls) 3) Joinery: Shop Windows, Doors, Sectional Gates4) Finishing Works In The Field Of Sanitary Facilities5) Works In The Field Of Internal Communication System And Construction Of 19 Parking Spaces6) Execution Of The Following Installations: Water Supply System, Sanitary Sewage System, Electrical System And Power Line, Central Heating, Rainwater Sewage System, Lightning Protection System, Ventilation System, 7) Preparation Of The As-Built Geodetic Inventory And Obtaining A Clause 8) Obtaining A Valid Permit For The Use Of The Facility. The Scope Of Works Is Specified In Detail In The Bill Of Quantities, The Attached Design Documentation And The Technical Specification For The Execution And Acceptance Of Construction Works.
