The Subject Of The Contract Is The Rental, Assembly, Service And Disassembly Of A Roofed Roller Skating Rink On The Plot Next To The District Cultural Center Ursyn w At Ul. Kajakowa 12 B In Warsaw. The Subject Of The Order Includes: Rental, Preparation, Assembly And Service As Well As Subsequent Disassembly Of A Temporary, Roofed Roller Rink With A Surface Made Of Modular Panels, Along With Facilities On The Plot Next To The District Cultural Center Ursyn w At Ul. Kajakowa 12 B In Warsaw. The Purpose Of The Contract Is To Create A Temporary Roofed Roller Skating Rink (Also Enabling Roller Skating) In The Area Where It Was Previously Located (I.E. From December 28, 2022 To March 19, 2023). A Seasonal Ice Rink With Facilities Was Operating. The Order Will Be Carried Out On An Area Of Approx. Kajakowa 12, And The District Cultural Center Ursyn w At Ul. Kajakowa 12 B In Warsaw. The Area Has An Earth Surface. The Plan For The Foundation Of The Roller Rink Is Included In Appendix No. 7 To The Swz - Description Of The Subject Of The Order. The Subject Of The Order Covers The Comprehensive Implementation Of The Entire Project, Which Means Preparation Of The Area On Which The Infrastructure Of The Roller Rink Will Be Set Up, Installation Of Infrastructure With A Surface For Roller Skating And Roller Skating And Roofing, Maintenance And Servicing The Operation Of The Facility Throughout The Duration Of The Contract, Followed By Disassembly Of The Infrastructure And Tidying Up The Area. The Use Of The Roller Rink Is To Be Free Of Charge For Users. For The Rental Of Skates And Helmets, The Contractor May Charge A Fee Set By Himself, Provided That The Contractor Decides To Rent This Equipment. The Detailed Scope Of The Subject Of The Contract Is Determined By The Description Of The Subject Of The Contract, The Technology For The Execution Of Works, Technical Specifications For The Execution And Acceptance Of Works And Bills Of Quantities. Requirements Related To The Performance Of The Contract, In Particular: - Presentation Of The Land Development Project And Other Documents Regarding The Infrastructure Covered By The Contract To The Contracting Authority. Disassembly Of The Sound System And Lighting. -Delivery And Positioning Of The Container. -Provision Of Musical Setting -Provision Of A First Aid Kit, Three Toilets. -Servicing The Operation Of The Roller Rink. -Disassembly Of The Entire Infrastructure. May Pose A Threat To Users Of The Facility, The Contractor Shall Immediately Secure The Place Of Damage Against Access By Third Parties, I.E. Exclude It From Use And Inform The Employer About This Fact. In The Event Of Damage To The Surface Of More Than 40% Of The Roller Rink, The Contractor Will Exclude The Entire Facility From Use. The Contractor Is Obliged To Undertake/Begin Repair Within A Maximum Of 24 Hours From The Moment Of Notifying The Employer Of The Failure. The Same Deadline Applies If The Purchaser Informs The Contractor Of The Failure. The Contractor Is Obliged To Repair The Damage Within A Maximum Of 48 Hours And A Minimum Of 24 Hours. The Repair Time, Which Is Also Understood As The Removal Of A Failure, Is A Criterion For Evaluating Tenders And Cannot Be Longer Than 48 Hours.
