Service Contracts For The Maintenance And Operation Of Drinking Water And Collective Sanitation Works And Networks. The Consultation Is Broken Down Into 2 Lots. The Contracts (Lots 1 And 2) Concluded Will Take The Form Of Composite Contracts (Ordinary Contract And Framework Agreement With Purchase Orders). The Distribution Of Services Between The Ordinary Market And The Part With Purchase Orders Is Specified In The Cctp And The Financial Documents (Dpgf And Bpu/Dqe) For Each Lot. The Contractual Start Date Of The Services For The 2 Lots Is 01/01/2024. Both Markets Will Take Effect From The Date Of Notification. A Transition Period Is Planned Between The Effective Date Of The Contract And The Contractual Start Date Of The Services In Order To Achieve The Transition Between The Incoming And Outgoing Holders. No Service Will Be Ordered From The Service Providers Of The Two Lots During This Period. The Content Of The Services And The Geographical Scope Of The Services Is Defined In The Cctp Specific To Each Lot. Review Clauses Are Provided For Each Lot
