Request For Proposals Are Invited For Education And Training Technical Advisor/Consultant SeedS Training And Education Programs Aim To Enhance The Skills, Knowledge, And Capacities Of Those Working To Protect, Empower, And Support The Recovery Of Vulnerable And Conflict-Affected People Including Survivors Of Torture, Trafficking (Tip), And Gender-Based Violence (Gbv), Persons With Disabilities, And Members Of Minority Religious And Ethnic Communities Across The Kri, And To Work To Prevent Gender-Based Violence And Improve The Safety And Well-Being Of Adolescents And Youth. Scope Of Consultancy: The Training & Education Advisor Will Provide Technical Consultancy And Leadership To Support Seeds Training & Education Programs And Initiatives. The Education & Training Advisor Will Support The SeedS Education Programs By Working With The Krg, Schools, Universities, And Local Partners, And For Training And Capacity-Building Programs For Service Providers And Government Actors, As Well As Internal Training Programs For Seed Staff. The Consultant May Also Be Tasked With Other Requirements That Support Seeds Mission And Programming, As The Parties Agree To Per Individual Task Orders. The Training & Education Advisor Coordinates The Development Of The Programs With Subject Matter Consultants, In Close Collaboration With The Training Program Manager And Pss Program Manager.
