The State Center For Civic Education North Rhine-Westphalia Provides Non-Partisan And Neutral Information On A Large Number Of Important Social And Political Topics In Schools And Outside Of School. It Also Maintains Websites And Creates Digital Offers On Topics Of Political Education. In Many Cases, Department 514 Needs Animation Videos And The Support Of A Film Production Company For The Relevant Target Group-Oriented Preparation Of Political Education Content For The Web And Social Media. There Is Currently A Framework Agreement With A Production Company. The Contract Period Ended On April 30, 2023. In Order To Be Able To Continue Producing Animated Films On Selected Topics, The Framework Contract Will Be Re-Advertised On August 1St, 2023.
