The Subject Of The Order Is The Provision Of Legal Services To The Regional Inspectorate For The Environment And Waters-Varna (Riosv-Varna) For The Implementation Of A Project Under The Procedure For Direct Provision Of Bfp No. Bg16m1op002-3.022 Improving The Environmental Protection Status Of Steppe Natural Habitats By Purchasing Lands Under Priority Axis 3 Natura 2000 And Biodiversity Of Ope 2014-2020, And Includes Assisting The Contracting Authority In The Process Of Purchasing Undeveloped Land Properties In Protected Areas In Implementation Of The Project By Providing Specialized Legal Services In The Field Of: Real Property Law, Administrative Law, Competition Law And In Particular On The Application Of State Aid Rules, Public Procurement, Commercial Law And In Other Areas Of Law As Necessary. Legal Services Are Provided To The Employer In The Form Of Written Consultations, Legal Opinions, Drafting Of Documents, Contracts, Powers Of Attorney, As Well As Other Legal Documents, Complex Services Requiring Research, Evaluation And Analysis Of Multiple Documents And/Or Preparation Of A Legal Document With Particular Complexity, Oral Consultations, Participation In Meetings And Negotiations.
