The Call For Tenders Is For The Construction Of A New Central Company Building For The Waste Management Association In The Trier Region. For This Purpose, The Location Of The Existing Waste Disposal And Recycling Center In Mertesdorf Will Be Expanded To Include A New Building Which Includes A Workshop, Administration And Social Rooms. The New Building Will Have Two Full Floors, With The Ground Floor Being A Reinforced Concrete Building With A High Elevation Due To The Scales And Workshop To Be Bridged. There Are 2 Mezzanines In The Concrete Base On Both Front Sides Of The Building, Which Mainly Contain Staircases And Technical Rooms. The Upper Floor Is Designed As A Timber Construction (Bsh) With A Glass Facade. This Mainly Includes The Administrative Areas And Social Rooms. The Building Is Accessed Via Three Necessary Reinforced Concrete Staircases And An In-Situ Concrete Main Staircase With An Elevator Core (Handicapped Accessible) In A Spacious Air Space Spanning Three Floors.
