The Subject Of The Contract Is The Demolition Of A Part Of A Residential Building On Plot No. 232/8 In Gronówko 10/2, Lubicz Commune, Kuyavian-Pomeranian Voivodeship, Along With Strengthening And Insulating The Partition Wall Of The Demolished Building. The Subject Of The Contract Includes, Among Others: A) Execution Of Security Works, Including The Separation Of Traffic Lanes And Dangerous Zones Within The Property, B) Execution Of Disassembly And Demolition Works - In Accordance With The Design Documentation, C) Waste Segregation And Removal Of Post-Demolition Material Outside The Construction Site, D) Backfilling The Excavations With Soil And Sand (Note - Not With Demolition Rubble) Along With Supplementing The Volume Of The Demolished Foundations, Along With The Delivery And Purchase Of Soil And Its Compaction, E) Leveling And Tidying Up The Area, F) Plastering The Wall Left After Demolition, G) Insulation Of The Inner Wall Between The Demolished Buildings With Polystyrene Boards - 12 Cm, Using The Light-Wet Method With The Execution Of The Facade Plaster, H) Roofing Over The Left Ceiling Of A Simple Wooden Structure With A Slope Towards The North-West - In Accordance With The Technical Design. I) Preparation Of As-Built Documentation For Demolition And Notification To The Poviat Starosty In Toruń Of Deleting The Facility From The Register And Transferring The Above-Mentioned. Documents To The Ordering Party On The Day Of Final Acceptance. A Detailed Description Of The Subject Of The Order Can Be Found In The Design And Technical Documentation2. Order Completion Date - Maximum 60 Days From The Date Of Signing The Contract. Due To The Fact That This Date Is One Of The Tender Evaluation Criteria, The Contractor Declares In The Tender Form Within What Time Limit He Will Perform The Order. The Ordering Party Stipulates That The Order Completion Date Covers All The Works Described In Point 1 And In The Design Documentation
