Lot No. 1 - Multimedia Equipment A Detailed Description Of The Subject Of The Contract Is Included In Appendix No. 1 To Swz.4.3. The Contractor Is Obliged To Deliver The Goods At His Own Expense In The Place And Time Agreed With The Ordering Party, Unload Them And Place Them In The Rooms Indicated By The Ordering Party. The Delivery Will Take Place From 8.00 To 14:00. 4.4. General Requirements Of The Subject Of The Order: 1) The Subject Of Delivery Must Be Brand New, Unused, Free From Defects And Complete, I.E. With All Accessories, Wires And Cables Necessary For Their Use. The Offered Equipment Must Be Complete And Ready To Use Without Additional Purchases. 2) The Entire Assortment Constituting The Subject Of The Contract Should Be Manufactured No Later Than 12 Months Before The Date Of Submission Of The Offer, Be Operational And Have The Equipment Necessary For Functional Operation. The Delivered Assortment Must Be Properly Packaged To Prevent Damage During Delivery. The Ordering Party Requires That The Instructions For The Ordered Goods Be In Polish. 3) The Assortment Comprising The Subject Of The Contract Must Meet All The Requirements Of The Standards Set Out In Applicable Law, In Particular The Ce Declarations And The Iso 9001 Certificate For The Manufacturer. 4) The Subject Of The Contract Must Be Adapted To The Needs Of People With Disabilities
