General Description Of The Subject Of The Contract The Subject Of The Contract Is The Development Of Design Documentation Along With All Necessary Permits, Arrangements And Construction Works Based On The Approved Documentation For The Investment Task Consisting Of: Of A. Falkiewicz In Wrocław. In The Scope Of The Contractor: Getting Acquainted With The Facility, Determining The Possibility Of Making Changes To The Electrical Installations On The Functioning Facility. The Schedule Of Changes Will Be Submitted By The Contractor To The Employer For Approval, Disassembly Of The Existing 16 (Sixteen) Switchgears, Including Disposal, Disposal Costs Are Covered By The Contractor, Delivery And Assembly Of New 16 (Sixteen) Switchgears In The Same Places, Connection Of The Existing Electrical Circuits To The New Switchgears, Verification Consisting In Correct Operation Of The Installation After Installation, Acceptance Measurements Of The Electrical Installation - The Entire Circuit (From The Main Switchgear To The Final Receiver/Socket) Cables Supplying The Replaced Switchgear - Are Not Subject To Replacement. Basic Requirements The Subject Of The Contract Should Be Performed In Accordance With Applicable Regulations, Published Standards, The Principles Of The Best Technical Knowledge And Construction Art, And With The Contractors Due Diligence. Switchgears After Replacement Must Be Approved For Operation And Should Meet The Employers Requirements Set Out In This Functional And Utility Program, As Well As Any Additional Requirements Provided By The Employer During The Public Procurement Procedure.1.5. General Rules For The Execution Of Works. The Contractor Of The Works Is Responsible For The Proper Execution Of The Design Part As Well As The Construction And Installation Part, Who Undertakes The Comprehensive Implementation Of The Task In The Design And Build Mode Based On The Approved Functional And Utility Program. Prior To Commencing Installation And Construction Works, The Contractor Is Obliged To Obtain Approval Of The Project By The Investor. The Contractor Shall Submit To The Supervision Inspector For Approval A Project Of Organization And A Schedule Of Works, Taking Into Account The Conditions In Which The Works Will Be Performed.1.5.1. Design Documentation Prior To The Execution Of Construction And Installation Works, The Contractor Shall Present Design Documentation, Which Will Be Subject To Approval By The Employer. The Documentation Must Be Prepared By An Authorized Person. An Authorized Person Is A Person With Unlimited Designing Building Qualifications In The Specialty: Installation In The Field Of Electrical And Power Networks, Installations And Devices For Unlimited Designing. A Person With The Above-Mentioned Qualifications Must Have Experience Design Min. 5 Years From Receiving The Authorization And Have Experience In Designing Electrical Installations In Health Care Facilities, In Particular In A Hospital, Including The Operating Block.1.5.2. Technical Solutions Modernized Switchgears Should Be Functionally Adapted To The Existing Condition. The Enclosure Should Be Made Of Metal, With A Solid Door Locked With A Patent Key. The Switchgear Housing Should Be A System Solution, Available On The Polish Market As A Catalog Product. It Is Not Allowed To Use Individual Workshop Solutions. The Housing Should Fill The Available Space As Much As Possible. Switchgear Enclosures With Dimensions (Width/Height) 1200X2200 Should Be Used. The Exact Dimensions And Matching Of The Series Of Types Will Be Determined At The Design Stage And Submitted To The Employer For Opinion. The Following Should Be Used As Distribution And Protection Devices: Overcurrent Circuit Breakers, Residual Current Devices (Combined Circuit Breakers Are Allowed) Fuse Switch Disconnectors, Isolating Switches 230V Signaling Lamps Should Be Used As Signaling And Measuring Elements Panel Meters (Where Panel Voltmeters With A Switch Are Allowed) Changes In The Measurement Phase: L1-L2, L1-L3, L2-L3, L1-N, L2-N, L3-N), Network Analyzers With A Multi-Line Display Design Solutions Will Be Subject To Approval By The Employer Or A Representative Designated By The Employer Before Implementation.1.5 .3. Preparation Of The Investment Site Before Commencing Renovation And Construction Works, The Contractor Shall Apply To The Employer For The Possibility Of Entering The Hospital Area In Order To Carry Out Construction Work. The Contractor Shall Strictly Comply With The Ordering Partys Instructions As Far As The Implementation Possibilities Are Concerned At A Given Time, In Particular The Disconnection Of The Voltage In Individual Branches. It Is Emphasized That The Hospital Must Function And Renovation Works Must Not Significantly Impede The Planned Procedures, Surgeries Or Other Activities.1.5.4. Existing State 16 Electric Branch Switchgears Located On The Individual Floors From 1St To 6Th And On The Ground Floor And Underground Floor Are Subject To Modernization. The Technical Condition Of The Switchgears Differs From The Currently Applicable Standards, Which Results In Power Failure And The Risk Of Electric Shock To The Persons Operating And Maintaining The Switchgears In Question.
