1. The Subject Of The Order Is The Preparation Of Design Documentation For The Reconstruction Of The Existing Water Treatment Station In Kluszkowce, Ul. Kamieniarska, No. 39. Below Is A Detailed Description Of The Scope Of Tasks To Be Included In The Project: 1) Reconstruction Of The Existing Surface Water Intake In The Scope Of: - Extension Of The Filtration Bed - Doubling The Surface Of The Deposit, - Change Of The Bed Rinsing Installation Of The Existing Water Intake ; - Reconstruction Of The Existing Technical Building In Terms Of The Technology Used, Along With Thermal Modernization And Replacement Of The Roof Sheathing - Land Development Design With Access And Access Infrastructure, Fencing, Lighting And Video Monitoring Of The Area. 2) Obtaining A Water-Legal Decision For The Expansion Of The Bottom Intake; 3) Construction Of An Independent Pipeline For Flushing The Bottom Filter Bed, With The Possibility Of Rinsing With Water And Air; 4) Obtaining A Water-Legal Decision For The Intake Of Surface And Underground Water; 5) Reconstruction Of The Existing Reservoir And Its Valve Chamber, Consisting In: - Changing The Function Of The Existing Reservoir, From The Clean Water Tank To The Intermediate Tank Before The Rapid Filters, - Installation In The Existing Valve Chamber: Uv Lamps; 5) Construction Of The Clean Water Tank With A Capacity Of Approx. 1 X 500 M3; 6) Renovation And Sealing Of The Existing Clean Water Tank, 7) Construction Of The Chamber Valves Of The Newly Designed Tank With The Function Of Water Treatment On Rapid Filters (Two Filters, Each With 100% Efficiency), With The Possibility Of Dosing Before The Coagulant And Flocculant Filters;8) Construction Of A Sodium Hypochlorite Dosing Station, With The Possibility Of Dosing To Three Installation Points;9) It Is Necessary To Provide The Necessary Scope Of Automation In The Field Of Raw Water Intake, Uv Lamp Operation Technology, Filters And Water Disinfection Upstream Of The Water Supply Network; A Place To Couple Groundwater Treatment Technology With The Reconstructed Water Treatment Station. 10. Suggested Process Line: A) Raw Water From The Bottom Intake, Supplied To The Existing /Intermediate/ Water Reservoir Through The Installation Of Uv Lamps. So As To Prevent Siltation Of The Intermediate Tank. Reactivation Of The Bottom Intake Should Be Made Dependent On The Decision Of The Station Operator, And Provide For Appropriate Control In The Stations Automatic Operation. The Existing Installation Should Be Taken Into Account. The Bottom Bed Rinsing Should Be Planned Manually, I.E. After The Decision Of The Station Staff, And Periodically In Automatics. By The Employer. B) Emergency Dosing With Sodium Hypochlorite To The Pipeline Supplying The Intermediate Tank; C) Filtration On Fast Pressure Filters - Two Independent Lines Of Filters With 100% Capacity Each, Double Filtration System, Filters Are Proposed To Be Located In A Properly Designed Valve Chamber Of A New Water Tank Or In An Existing Technical Building; D) Disinfection Of Water With Sodium Hypochlorite At The Inlet And Outlet Tank, Depending On The Flow. Measurement Of The Amount Of Chlorine At The Outflow From The Newly Designed Tank, With Automatic Maintenance Of The Set Chlorine Dose. The Proposed Technological Line Will Allow For The Use Of More Water From The Intake Streams. In Addition, It Is Planned To Test The Soils Capabilities And The Possibility Of Making An Underground Water Intake, A Deep Well And A Place For Coupling The Underground Water Treatment Technology With The Existing Intake In The Reconstructed Suw.
