Under The Paris Agreement, Switzerland Draws Up An Annual Greenhouse Gas Inventory. This Inventory Lists In A Complete Methodological Report The Data Relating To The Emissions Generated And The Emissions Absorbed. It Makes It Possible To Determine, Within The Framework Of Climate Policy, Whether The Reduction Target Set In Art. 3 Of The Co2 Act Has Been Met (Art. 131 Co2 Ordinance). The Land Use, Land Use Change And Forestry (Lulucf) Sector Is An Integral Part Of This. It Is Subject To The Methodological Guidelines Of The Unfccc And The Ipcc And Applies The Principle Of Continuous Improvement.
