The Rindra Programme Aims To Improve Governance In Three Areas: First, The Management Of Civil And Commercial Judicial Affairs Through The Establishment Of A Better Case Management System And The Training Of Judicial Staff In Key Areas Of Law. Secondly, The Management Of Financial Resources For Development Through (I) An Increased Capacity Of The Municipality To Mobilize Domestic Resources And A Better Speed And Transparency Of Top-Down Financial Flows From The Central Government To The Local Government, (Ii) A Better Formulation And Execution Of The Budget In Some Government Entities And A Better Capacity Of The Government To Absorb Donor Funding. Third, The Responsiveness Of The Government Of Madagascar To Its Citizens Through Better Training Of Local Government Personnel And The Development Of Local Platforms For Citizen Participation In Local Development And The Ability Of Citizens To Take Advantage Of Such Platforms. In Its Operational Approach, The Project Deployed Teams In The Intervention Regions (Atsinanana, Analanjirofo, Menabe And Sava) To Ensure The Development And Monitoring Of Project Activities At Local And Regional Level. As Part Of Its Operationalization, The Project Has Acquired Computer Equipment And Motorcycles That Must Now Be Delivered To Each Area Of Intervention And To State Partners.
