Fire Station 19 Hvac Replacement Project Includes, But Is Not Limited To, Remove And Replace Six (6) Existing Split System Fan-Coil Units With New Fan-Coil Units, Remove And Replace Six (6) Existing Air-To-Air Heat Pump Units With New Air-To-Air Heat Pump Units, Remove And Replace Seven (7) Existing Gas-Fired Heating Units With New Gas-Fired Heating Units, Remove And Dispose Of One (1) Existing Gas-Fired Duct Furnace, Remove And Replace Five (5) Existing Electric Heating Units With New Electric Heating Units, Remove And Replace Eight (8) Existing Fans With New Fans, Remove And Dispose Of Two (2) Existing In-Line Fans, Remove And Replace One (1) Existing Damper Actuator With New Damper Actuator, Remove And Replace Existing Apparatus Bay Ventilation System Control Components With New Control Components, Provide One (1) New Dedicated Outside Air Unit And Connect To Existing Fresh Air And Exhaust Ductwork, Provide New Dedicated Outside Air Unit Concrete Slab, Raised Equipment Pad, And Exterior Ductwork Structure, Provide New Building Automation System (Bas) As Detailed In Specifications Section 23 09 00.
