1. The Subject Of The Contract Is: Acting As An Investors Supervision Inspector In The Implementation Of The Investment Entitled Construction Of A Swimming Pool With The Necessary Infrastructure In Olsztyn - Stage I. 2. The Task Is Co-Financed From The Polish Governance Fund: Program Of Strategic Investments.3. For The Proper Implementation Of The Subject Of The Contract, The Contractor Should Provide A Supervision Inspector In The Construction And Construction Industry And A Team Of People To Give Opinions And Verify The Complete Design And Cost Documentation Performed By The Contractor For The Task In Question. 4. The Basic Duties And Powers Of The Investor Supervision Inspector As Well As Formal And Legal Attitudes To His Activity Are Defined In The Act Of 7 July 1994 Construction Law, Works With The Design Documentation, Technical Specifications, Conditions Of The Building Permit, Regulations, Principles Of Technical Knowledge And The Contract Concluded With The Contractor Of The Task, And Control Of Compliance With The Recommendations Resulting From Issued Administrative Decisions In The Field Of Environmental Protection6. The Detailed Scope Of Duties Of The Supervision Inspector Is Specified In The Act Of 7 July 1994 Construction Law, In Particular The Activities Listed In Art. 25 And 26 Of The Above-Mentioned Act And The Provisions Contained In The Model Agreement - Annex 11 To The Swz. 7. Investors Supervision Will Be Exercised Over The Implementation Of Stage I Of The Construction Of The Swimming Pool Along With The Necessary Infrastructure, Which Includes The Following Scope Of Works: Stage I: Scope 0: Preparation Of Full Design And Cost Documentation Scope 1: Preparation Of The Construction Site; Scope 2: Cutting Down Trees Colliding With The Planned Construction; Scope 3: Surveying Of The Building, Excavations, Foundations, Building Walls Of The Basement, Horizontal And Vertical Insulation Of The Basement, Construction Of An Access Ramp To The Swimming Pool; Scope 4: Construction Of The Shell Of The Ground Level; Scope 5: Construction Of The Shell Level Of The Floor Level; Scope 6: Assembly Of The Roof Structure Made Of Glued Wood; Scope 7: Roofing Of The Swimming Pool Building On The Upper And Lower Part; Scope 8: Assembly Of Window And Door Joinery, Assembly Of Glass Joinery Roofing Of The Jacuzzi Zone; As Part Of The First Stage Of Construction Works, The Building Of The Indoor Swimming Pool Is To Be Completed To Its Shell And Shell Condition. The Contractor Of The Works Is Obliged To Protect The Building Against Possible Flooding. The Building Is To Be Secured And Closed, And At The End Of This Stage, The Contractor Of Construction Works Will Be Obliged To Prepare An As-Built Inventory Of The Completed Construction Works, Prepare An As-Built Map And Order And Submit An Independent Construction Expertise Carried Out By A Construction Appraiser Associated With The Silesian Chamber Of Engineers, Selected By The Employer. 8. Characteristics Of The Object For Which The Investors Supervision Will Be Exercised: The Swimming Pool Building With The Office And Social Part And The Technical Part, The Sauna Part: O The Building Should Be Three-Storey, Including The Basement Storey O Usable Storeys With The Height Of The Basement - Approx. 250Cm, Ground Floor - Approx. 330 Cm, O A Swimming Pool Hall With A Height Of Approx. 700 Cm (At The Lowest Point). Net Room Heights Should Be Maintained In Accordance With Applicable Regulations And Interior Design Solutions Adopted For This Type Of Facilities, With A Built-Up Area Of - 1,408.50 M2, With A Total Area Of - 3,095.71 M2. Planned Building On A Rectangular Plan, 3 Storeys, Including An Underground Storey. . The Front Part From Ul. Zielona, The Lower Part, The Higher Part Of The Building Over The Swimming Pool Sidewalks, Car Park Land Development 9. The Remaining Stages Of The Construction Works Of The Swimming Pool, Ie Stage Ii And Stage Iii, Are Not Known. Stage Ii Covers The Scope Of Works: Scope 9: Execution Of Connections To The Building - Water And Sewage System, Gas, Power Connection; Scope 10: Construction Works Related To The Assembly Of Internal Sanitary And Electrical Installations, Scope 11: Assembly Of Swimming Pool Basins Scope 12: Assembly Of Swimming Pool Technology Scope 13: Carrying Out Finishing Works On Floors, Walls And Ceilings, Suspended Ceilings, Acoustic Panels; Scope 14: Training Of Employees In The Proper Operation Of The Facility Stage Iii Includes The Scope Of Works: Scope 15: Finishing The External Facade Of The Building, Installation Of A Ventilated Facade, Execution Of A Stone Facade For The Facade, Execution Of Part Of The Facade In Silicone Plaster Scope 16: Carrying Out Construction Works Outside I.E. Construction Of External Rainwater Drainage Systems, Construction Of A Parking Lot, Sidewalks, Waste Collection Area, Construction Of A Roofed Place For Bicycles, Electric Scooters, Leveling Of The Area, Sowing Grass, Planting Ornamental Plants, Installation Of The Indoor Swimming Pool In Olsztyn Sign Above The Main Entrance To The Building In The Form Of Illuminated 3D Letters, Esok Assembly; Task 17: Equipping The Building With The Necessary Equipment In Accordance With The Purpose Of The Rooms, Allowing For The Proper Functioning Of The Building; Scope 18: Training Of Employees In The Proper Operation Of The Facility. The Functional And Utility Program For The Construction Of The Supervised Facility, Together With Attachments, Constitutes Appendix 1 To The Tor.
